Great idea of incorporating Carlos' pictures. I love the way you designed the kid's feet and hands...and love the big heart for the Doctor...you definitely portrayed Carlos very well
Just an observation..the shadow on the frames...at the moment not sure where the light is coming from and perhaps texture could be extended to the whole wall...but all in all...another fun(ny) and great work from you!

the only crit for me, would be the quality difference of your render to the photography, because you can see everything you`ve done with ps and the render itself. perhaps you could sample the shots a bit down.
